Trevan Borum
Criminal Defense Attorney
Trevan Borum, a criminal defense attorney, served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Philadelphia in the Homicide, Habitual Offenders and Major Trial units for 10 years, making him extremely knowledgeable about the justice system from both sides of every case. Mr. Borum has tried countless jury and non-jury homicide, drug, DUI, sex crimes, juvenile matters and misdemeanor trials both as an Assistant District Attorney and representing individuals for approximately 20 years. Mr. Borum graduated Valedictorian from Widener Law School and

Borumʼs practice is criminal defense, Mr. Borum is a trial lawyer and has experience in

Thomas Burke specializes in criminal defense law. As a former prosecutor with the
Philadelphia District Attorneyʼs Office, Thomas quickly rose through the ranks to the
juvenile habitual offenders unit and to the Homicide unit, trying the most difficult of
cases. Mr. Burke was routinely assigned the toughest judges with the heaviest case
load. As a Defense attorney, Mr. Burke has distinguished himself as a Premier Criminal
Defense Attorney in Philadelphia, both in State and Federal Court. Thomas Burke has
tried well over 250 jury trials and has won many acquittals in both homicide and drug
cases. In addition, Thomas Burke has tried over ten thousand Non- Jury

Dawn DiDonato Burke

Dawn DiDonato Burke has served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s office from 1992 through 2001. She practiced for several South New Jersey firms in the areas of civil litigation, real estate and bankruptcy from 2001 through 2009 and joined the firm of Borum, Burke and DiDonato in 2010. She now specializes in consumer law, bankruptcy, real estate (commercial and residential) and construction
litigation. Dawn is based in Bucks County and is admitted to practice the Superior Court
of New Jersey, The Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, The Eastern District of
Pennsylvania as well as the United States District Court of New Jersey. Dawn is a
member of the Bucks County Bar Association and the lower Bucks County Chamber of
Commerce.
